Inner West Gymnastics (IWG) was born from the voices of passionate
Woman’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) athletes who wanted more: more
opportunity, more pathways, and more joy in their training. They weren’t asking for the impossible. They were asking for a home: a place where ambition and well-being could coexist. A club that cared as much about the person as the podium.

Here at Inner West Gymnastics, we believe gymnastics is more than a sport. It is discipline, artistry, and strength — but above all, a journey that should challenge, inspire, and empower. We balance high performance with the joy of movement, the power of friendship, and the importance of mental and physical well-being.

Dreams deserve a home. For some, that dream is the Olympic Games; for others, it’s mastering a new skill, feeling proud, and laughing with
teammates. At Inner West Gymnastics, both dreams matter.
