Kinder Gym

Fun for all ages and abilities

KinderGym classes are designed to help young children build confidence in movement from an early age through structured gymnastics-based activities, circuits, and coach-led skill development.

Each class is designed to keep children engaged while developing coordination, balance, strength, body awareness, spatial awareness, and confidence using gymnastics equipment in a safe and supportive environment.

Rather than simply running children through activities, our coaches focus on helping each child build skills progressively at their own pace through repetition, exploration, and achievable challenges week by week.

For some children, that’s learning to confidently follow circuits independently. For others, it’s building enough body awareness and coordination to roll, swing, balance, climb, or attempt their first cartwheel.

The focus is on helping children genuinely engage with movement, develop physically and socially, and enjoy the process of learning new skills in an environment that feels exciting, active, and supportive.

About Our Classes

Kinder Gym

Mini Movers (2-3 years old)

A fun, supportive introduction to gymnastics for our youngest participants. Designed for children aged 2–3 years, this class focuses on building confidence, body awareness, and early movement skills through play, exploration, and guided activities.

This is a parent-and-child class, meaning you will be actively involved alongside your child on the gym floor. With guidance from our coaches, you’ll help your child explore a variety of equipment including floor, beam, bars, vault, and trampoline. Classes are set up as playful circuits that encourage climbing, balancing, rolling, jumping, and swinging - all at a pace that suits your child.

Music, themes, and simple props are used to support learning and engagement, helping children understand shapes, movement, and how their bodies work in space. Throughout the year, the program works towards key developmental milestones such as jumping with two feet, balancing, and coordinated movement.

Our coaches provide plenty of instruction and reassurance, including safe ways to assist and spot your child. The focus is on creating a positive first experience in the gym while building strong foundations for future movement and learning.
