Foundations Gymnastics
Fun for all ages and abilities
Foundations classes are designed for children who want to properly learn gymnastics skills in a supportive but structured environment.
Using all major gymnastics apparatus, gymnasts build strength, coordination, flexibility, technique, body awareness, and skill development through clear progressions that help children continue improving week by week.
Many children join Foundations completely new to gymnastics, while others come from programs where they’ve felt ready for more challenge, more structure, or clearer pathways for progression.
Our coaches focus heavily on breaking skills down into achievable steps so children can build confidence through real progress over time, whether they’re learning a cartwheel, developing stronger fundamentals, or working towards more advanced gymnastics skills.
For some children, Foundations becomes the beginning of competitive pathways. For others, it simply becomes the class they never want to miss each week because they can genuinely see themselves improving.

About Our Classes
Foundations
Kindy ( 45 mins)
Our Kindy class is a great next step for children who are ready to continue building on what they’ve learned in our Kindergym program, or for those starting gymnastics for the first time.
Over 45 minutes, children explore all of the gym’s equipment, including floor, bars, beam, and vault, in a safe and supportive environment. Classes focus on developing skills, shapes, and body awareness, helping children understand how their bodies move and how to control different movements.
Our coaches guide children through fun activities that encourage confidence, coordination, and independence. They will tailor the drills to suit what your child is ready for, giving each child the chance to try new skills, practice what they already know, and gain a stronger sense of how their body works in space. Most importantly, Kindy is about having fun, challenging themselves, and enjoying every moment in the gym.
