Everything you need to know before you enrol
When You Join IWG
Monthly Billing
Classes are billed monthly in advance via direct debit, which runs on the 1st of each month. When you enrol, your first payment secures your child's spot and covers classes from your start date through to the end of that month. From there, billing continues automatically on the 1st of each month.
Term Based Schedule
Our classes run during NSW school terms.
For Kinder Gym and Foundations, your monthly fee is adjusted during months that include school holidays. So you only pay for the weeks your child is actually in the gym.
What's Included
Your IWG membership is ongoing
No lock-in contracts, no re-enrolling every term
Your spot, held automatically: Once you're enrolled, your place in class is yours. No need to re-book each term.
No lock-in contract: Memberships continue to run with 30 days notice to cancel.
14-day cooling off period: Not sure if it's the right fit? Cancel within the first 14 days for a full refund of class fees.
Makeup vouchers: Need to miss a class? Notify us at least one hour before and we'll issue a makeup voucher valid for 12 months. Available for Kinder Gym and Foundations classes.
School holiday programs: When regular classes aren't running, school holiday clinics and clinics are available to book separately for extra fun
Sibling discounts: 5% off for your second child, 10% off for your third or more, applied to monthly class fees.
IWG Welcome Pack: Every new member receives an IWG t-shirt and drink bottle.
Parent portal access: Manage your account, notify absences, and stay up to date through our portal.
Class Pricing
Kinder Gym
Ages 2-5
45-minute classes introducing movement, coordination, and confidence.
Foundations
Structured gymnastics skill development across all apparatus.
Your monthly fee varies based on the number of sessions that fall within that month.
Please note:
When you first enrol, your invoice will include your class fees for the current month plus an annual $35 IWG Annual Membership Fee.
A Gymnastics NSW registration fee also applies. Our team will walk you through this as part of your enrolment.
