A mix of games and group activities including foundational gymnastics and arts & crafts creates a welcoming, inclusive environment


Children should wear comfortable gym clothing and bring lunch, snacks, water and

Handspring & Walkover Clinics

Our 3-hour specialised Handspring & Walkover Clinic is designed for athletes aged 7-16 years and focuses on all the drills needed to safely develop front and back handsprings, as well as front and back walkovers.

We tailor progressions to meet your child’s current skill level. We are focused on safety and proper development, not rushing skills, so your child will be well supported whether they are learning something new or refining technique on skills they have already been working on.

Athletes will train in a structured group setting with clear progressions and technical corrections throughout the session.

Class format: Warm up, mobility, strength and conditioning, bridge work, handstand shaping, handstand pops, arch drills, take-offs and landings, handsprings and step-outs.

Suitable for: Ages 7–16
Duration: 3 hours
Minimum requirement: A technically correct handstand and a good bridge (does not need to be from standing)

What to wear: Tight fitting clothing that doesn’t go over your eyes when upside down. Hair tied up.
What to bring: Water bottle and afternoon tea. Please make sure not to pack food with peanuts.

Aerial Skills Clinics

Our 3-hour specialised Aerials Clinic is designed for athletes aged 7-16 years and focuses on all the drills needed to develop technically safe and confident side and front aerials.

We provide tailored drills based on your child’s current skill level. Whether they are just starting to learn one-arm cartwheels or are more advanced and looking to refine their technique and perhaps even perform aerials from standing without a run-up. We welcome both gymnasts and dancers, and place a strong emphasis on correct skill development rather than attempting skills without proper preparation.

Athletes will train in a structured group environment while still receiving individual feedback to ensure safe and effective progressions.

Class format: Warm up, mobility, strength and conditioning, 6 different types of cartwheels, hurdle drills, arm scoop drills, aerial awareness drills and safe landing development.

Suitable for: Ages 7–16
Duration: 3 hours
Minimum requirement: A technically correct cartwheel
